Is there a way to erase the meta data for the time line in changing for the next slide? I realized that my slides are not in sync with the video and want to start over in terms of changing the next slide myself. I tried to delete the slides then importing them again, however, the meta data for the slides are still there. I don't want pearnote to automatically change to the next slide for me in playback mode-- rather i want to start over and do it myself.
Erasing Meta data for slide transition?

Well, the bad news is that there isn't any way to do this today in Pear Note. The good news is that it's easy to add and I can definitely see the need. I'll try to have a beta release out tomorrow with a menu item to forget the slide changes. I'll post back here when it's available.

OK, I just released a new beta release (1.4.1b2) which has a menu item called "Forget All Slide Changes" under the Edit menu. It should do what you want. Let me know if it works or if you have any trouble.

hmm.. this may be a silly question, but where can I download the beta version? I can only find version 1.4 on the website.

To get the latest beta, just check "Check for updates automatically" and "Include beta releases" in Pear Note's preferences.
Now you'll get automatic updates to the latest beta.
Thanks,
