Simple question really :) Does Pear Note work in snow leopard?

While I can't have a definitive answer till Friday, I can say that the tests I've run on the latest Snow Leopard seed have worked fine. I plan to do a bit more testing on the released version Friday, but I will fix any issues that crop up very quickly.

Sadly, further testing with the released Snow Leopard has disproven this. While almost everything works fine in Pear Note 1.3 on Snow Leopard, adding Powerpoint or Keynote presentations does not. It looks like Apple changed things somewhat dramatically here, so it may take a few days to get a fix. I'm sorry for not catching this sooner.
In the mean time, the easy work-around to this is to export the slides (using the Powerpoint or Keynote application) as PDF, then add the PDF to Pear Note.
I'll try to keep all of you apprised of the progress I make on this. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience it may cause anyone.
If you find any other new bugs that came to be in Snow Leopard, please let me know.

As you can see here: http://www.usefulfruit.com/blog/2009/08/pear-note-and-snow-leopard/ I've got a new beta release out to address this problem. If you're not into using beta releases, I hope to have an official 1.3.1 out very soon that will git this back to working on Snow Leopard.

And now 1.3.1 is officially out. So, all features should now work under Snow Leopard.
