Wednesday night turned out to be a pretty dangerous one for NHL linesmen. After defenseman appeared to level linesman Don Henderson in one game, forward clipped linesman Jay Sharrers with an errant punch.During a Juan Lagares Jersey scrum in front of the net, Lucic was in the middle of all of it. Since McLeod came in and put a little fuel on the already tense situation, the league probably wouldnt view this as such this Darryl Strawberry Jersey time. Still, Lucic has to be careful with that recent suspension hanging over his head.The league may take a look and want to have a few words with Lucic considering he ended up making contact with an official. I doubt any supplemental discipline comes out of this because it wouldnt be the first time a linesman accidentally got punched in hockey.
