Pear Note for iPad takes the concepts of note-taking found in Pear Note for Mac and distills them down to a nice, portable iPad size. It records audio while you type your notes and keeps the two synchronized, so that later you can use the text of your notes to find what you're looking for in the recording. Pear Note for iPad records audio while you takes notes, allowing you to later find what was being said when you typed something. You can then play back the entire recording, or jump to the point you need to hear by tapping anywhere on the text.

Unlike most other note-taking apps, Pear Note for iPad supports taking rich text notes. This includes bulleted and numbered lists for those who enjoy using outlines as part of their notes as well as text styles to layout your notes. Also, text can be highlighted to call attention to important parts.

* Instantly jump to anywhere in the recording by tapping the text during playback
