Pear Note comes to iPhone, iPod touch

It augments typed notes with audio recording and keeps the two synchronized, which enables you to use the text of your notes to find what you're looking for in the recording. Pear Note for iOS records audio while you takes notes and keeps track of when you type everything. You can then play back the entire recording, or jump to the point you need to hear by tapping anywhere on the text. If you have a confusing part of your notes, tap on it to listen to what was being said when you typed it. If there's a gap in your notes, tap on the last thing you typed before it and listen to what you missed.

Pear Note for iOS goes beyond simple plain text and supports taking rich text notes. This includes bulleted and numbered lists/outlines as well as text styles to layout your notes. Also, text can be highlighted in multiple colors.
