Pearnote 3 has been very buggy for me. It doesn't load up the video on some of my files. When the video does load up, if I play anything faster than 2x speed, the video becomes choppy. Reverting back to Pearnote 2 fixes both problems.
I have the lastest version of lion. The Pearnote files are all about 170mb.

The choppy video above 2x is expected. It's a byproduct of switching to new recording/playback technology from Apple. Do you find yourself watching video above 2x often? Your the first to complain about this. I'll take a look and see what I can do to improve this.
As to the failure to load video, this is the first I've heard of this. Does it happen consistently on certain files, or is it more random? If it's consistent on certain files, would you mind sending me one of them to examine?
