I do not highlight an entire line, but rather underline the current word in addition to highlighting each character. The underline is blue, and stays around until the next word is highlighted, so you can always find your place. I believe this was also mentioned in the Macworld feed I read. As the audio point reaches the last character on a given line, it could skip to and highlight the entire next line of text. </p>
